The NJANP is happy to announce that the legislative bill A4455 "Naturopathic Doctors Licensing Act”, has been introduced into the Assembly on July 27, 2020. We want to thank Assemblyman Vincent Mazzeo and his office for sponsoring the bill and recognizing the role that naturopathic doctors play in combating the chronic disease epidemic that we face here in NJ. Our aim is to provide the citizens of New Jersey with access to evidenced-based recommendations that compliment the conventional medical model and grants the safe alternatives that they desire. With the passing of this bill, we can begin to establish these standards in the state and tackle this epidemic head on.
